The disCapacidad & Employment Fair is Spain's leading event connecting people with disability certificates seeking employment with companies committed to workplace inclusion. Now in its 12th edition, the event combines company exhibitions, workshops, round tables and networking sessions.

The event is open to people with disability certificates who are seeking employment or want to expand their professional network, as well as companies, organisations and professionals interested in workplace inclusion. General tickets also allow members of the public to attend.

Tickets can be purchased through this website by clicking the 'Buy Tickets' button. They are also available at the event box office on the day of the fair, subject to availability.

Tickets for people with disabilities are free. General tickets are available at a reduced price. Check the tickets section for a full breakdown of prices and available discounts.

Yes, the Drassanes Reials de Barcelona venue is fully accessible. It features ramps, lifts, adapted bathrooms, hearing loops, sign language interpreters at main sessions and materials in alternative formats. If you need any specific adaptation, please contact us in advance.

Tickets can be cancelled with a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Between 7 and 3 days before the event, a 50% refund applies. No refunds are issued within 3 days of the event. To manage a cancellation, please contact the organising team.

Drassanes Reials does not have its own car park. We recommend using public transport: metro (Drassanes, L3), bus and bicycle. Public car parks are available nearby. The event will provide parking discounts for ticket holders at nearby facilities.
